Marley Road Landscaping, Exmouth
This all began with an objective put to us by our client. Simple, transform a sloppy, pitted, neglected garden into somewhere that there children can enjoy and that can be easily looked after by the adults.
Although that sounds like quite a challenge. Here at TBM nothing is unachivable! We started with pencil to paper jotting down various sketches we thought might fulfill our clients request.
After a discussion of potential materials and confirming a final design. The TBM team set to work transforming this garden space. Over 60 tone of soil was moved during this project. 80 softwood sleepers have gone in to the stairs and raised beds along with everything else you can see here. Several tones of Cotswold decorative chippings have been used around the transformation to fill in multiple aspects including the steps and accents around the trees. Two manholes have been altered to accommodate the new levels. All surrounded with new feather edge fencing to add privacy.
As seen in the photos below this once sloped unusable garden has been transformed into two level tires with easy to look after planting areas. All that’s left is for the Newley spread grass seed to take a hold and nature to do its thing.
